Once the job is booked we require a deposit for the installation. The balance is paid on completion of installation. We accept all major credit cards, or BANK TRANSFER.

The great thing about our online site inspection is it allows you and us to change any aspect of the job BEFORE work begins. In fact that is one of the reasons we developed it. Call us or email us and we can make the necessary changes. We will also advise you as to what kind of installation is going to give you the maximum efficiency from your unit.
In general, planning permission is not required for air conditioning units. You can install most units under permitted development rights. This means you won’t have to apply for planning permission. However, large or noisy units may need planning permission. These external units also need siting appropriately. They cannot be too close to another property. In case your installation needs planning permission we will refer you to an experienced planning advisor.
